Positives:
The only thing good about the room was the beds were soft and comfortable to sleep on.
Negatives:
Trying to check in the staff was somewhat rude and condescending. The room itself was not clean and the flooring had elevated strips that were very hard to step over. The loud steps of the second floor guests made it hard to sleep.

Building is old, marginally maintained. Bathroom floor was uneven, bathroom door would not close. Some electrical outlets didnt work. The shower stall was a fiberglass unit that had been painted and was peeling. Room was desperately in need of remodeling, as was the whole place.

The vanity light worked when it wanted to . It had its own mind. Room looked dusty. Especially around appliances. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Walls painted. A new flush system.

When I arrived the staff was very friendly.

My reservation was made on line for a smoking king size bed room. When I arrived I was given a room with two Queen beds and non smoking. After checking out they billed me for smoking in the room because there was un smoked tobacco in the trash . My friend used a cup for an ashtray outside to smoke this morning before we left. No smoking was done inside the room.
