Check in and customer service was fine
Negatives:
Room was not good. The walls had cracks. The bathroom didn’t seem clean. We had to slam the door to get it to close and lock. The hallway smelled from maybe something in the very worn carpeting. The breakfast was terrible. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Although the hotel looks decent from the outside and the lobby, as soon as you get off the elevator to go to your room, it takes a drastic turn for the worse. It smells and the hallway and rooms are dirty paint peeling off. It looks more like a slum.

Everything! Drug dealers in the parking lot, hair dryer threw flames, ice machine was in a sketchy back room. Paint all over the walls and curtains. Cheetos stains all over the comforter. Lamp was broken. Just gross!

The carpets were dirty and stinky, everything was worn out, no hot water in shower, no milk in breakfast, the elevator was out of service and I had to climb 3 floors. It was in overall total disrepair and it was miserable experience staying here.

Close to the interstate. Enter to your room was all inside the main doors. Felt safer that way. Main floor looked amazing, other floors were a bit smelly and not as well kept
