Hotel was dirty and smelled of marijuana. Carpet was disgusting, bed had a literal hole in the mattress which I photographed. Absolutely disgusting. I was then given another room that was occupied thats how inept the staff was.

Rude and disrespectful front desk guy. Had to pay $200 cash extra for a “deposit” due to me living within 100 miles of the facility. This was not told to me when booking and I was informed he didn’t care that it was their “policy” Had to use ATM to get money out to pay and yes it was refunded at the end of our stay but to not know about this ahead of time was crazy. Surrounding guest were noisy and had me up several times during the night and had me up again at 630am. Live roach bugs in the room.

The tv had okay channels. Parking is okay. The room was clean and sanitary.
The checkout process was a breeze.
Negatives:
The check-in was awful. I had to wait for over 30 minutes just for someone to come to the counter. I rang the bell and called but no one answered. The $200 cash security deposit is ridiculous.
