Positives: The hotel is trash, the hotel does not keep the door locked so people can just come and go, they do not pay attention to people squatting in the rooms.

Positives: I didnt like anything about the hotel, the check in process was terrible the guest service man needs to learn the way of doing business: he was not. Friendly.
Negatives: I didnt like the room I seen ants on the A/C the room was musty, the bathroom had mold in the ceiling. I was not comfortable so I checked into a Hilton property and moving forward with no cancellation policy I will more than likely go back to my Hilton

Negatives: The elevator was not in service my entire stay, plastic like material for lampshade was broken, light next to bed did not work, smoke detector was partially removed and not in tact.

Negatives: Upon arrival my sisters room was not okwe both moved to another room! The change was not much better. No plans to stay here again. It needs to be remodeled!!!

Positives: Nothing. Moved to another room there were no towels. Parking lot blocked off and handicap parking spot was on the other side of the hotel. Elevator didnt work. Side entrance doors didnt work. Staff was not accommodating and didnt understand English.
Negatives: Everything! I had to switch rooms. The refrigerator didnt work and it was sitting in the room by the window. Lamp kept flickering and working fire detector equals disaster The room smelled like smoke and was not clean. Dresser handles falling off.

Positives: Location
Negatives: It looks worn, dirty carpets, marred and scarred walls & doors. The smell of marijauna permeated the hallway late in the evenings as well as loud conversation after midnight. Except for the front desk not one of the other 5 employees I tried to get coffee and towels from each day, spoke english or helped me. There was no toilet paper holder and the towel rack was missing except for 1 upright rail and the other mounting brackets in the bathroom. I find it hard to believe La Quinta or Wyndham has their names on this property.
