Our hotel Door did not lock. We barricaded it. Guys hanging out outside, bugging us when we walked in and out. Scary location, in general. Staff in office were kind and THAT was the clean place there - their Office.

I was not informed of the drug swarmed facility prior to my booking. When i got to the hotel there was cracked heads and hookers surrounding the hotel. I tried to cancel at the front desk and decided to drive the other 6 hours to Florida. The front desk was no help they told me i'll be charged if i stay or not. Due to my children being very concerned and uncomfortable. I left and was charged for a room i never entered and never received a call from manager. Even the two security officers were NO help when i asked them is this a bad part of town. They basically laughed and continued smoking and drinking alchahol. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

They could have refunded me! Take better care of there facility and surrounding areas.

Because you can see your car from your room, it appears to be a motel. Every day, they make the service room, and you can have everything you need for a quiet stay.

The receptionist and the staff in general are not available to help with problems.
