The apartment was fully functional, fully equiped: kitchen, washing machinge/dryer. Good bathroom. Good size of the one-room apartment.
Negatives:
Although the room was really big enough, the company decided to equip it only with a small queen-size-bed. For two people basically ok, but there was enough space at least for king-size.

Nice and modern property with plenty of free street parking. Location is good, Uber on non-Friday / Saturday nights is $7 / each way into the city. Comfortable, good little kitchen and bathroom. I like the TV.
Negatives:
Very close to a loud train line with train horns at 4, 5am. Can also block traffic for 20 mins at a time when a cargo train is passing.

This place was very modern in design which is fine but there was not a comfortable easy chair for watching TV. Also written instruction on how to use the TV would be nice.
