Location was good. Sleeping/living area was spacious. Sheets were soft. Kitchen was useful.
Negatives:
At best, water in the shower was lukewarm. Bathroom felt cramped. Pillows were lumpy. Fire alarm set off twice by the staff making breakfast in the very early morning hours. Desk staff did not seem happy to work there.

Room rate did not change to final 2 quest rate due to third party rules I was told by hotel. Arrangements were made a year ahead and the other 4 could not attend due to work obligations. I was not aware of this at the time and thought we would be charge the 2 quest room rate. Also there was a $50 / day fee we were not aware of that occur. No portal assistance available to help unload car.

That we tried getting into the parking garage and the doors wouldn’t open (which I understand things happen) but it was at 3am and I tried calling to see what we could do and the guy told me on the phone he didn’t know and I could drive around the block. That was frustrating considering you have to pay for parking
