Miss communication between departments, stated an extra night house keepers came to change room for new arrival twice.

Positives:
The room was exceptional! Bathroom was huge! Wine opener in room! Maybe 6 blocks from broadway! Bed was super comfortable! Room design is cool! The bathroom was so white and so clean! Breakfast was very good! Lobby is comfy! Would stay here again. I prepaid $190 total. Good price! But paring was $45 and that’s a rip off.
