Website didn't explain that Valet parking would not be on-site. Very chaotic trying to get to Valet area. Then they want you to jump out grab everything and move on. The hotel had MAJOR construction going on. There were jack hammer noises coming from floor below. If I choose to give Nashville another chance I will stay on the outskirts and uber.

We came in for a short birthday celebration, and the hotel was a perfect location to easily access Broadway Street. A Short 4 block walk. The hotel staff was beyond wonderful and accommodating. Very clean and spacious rooms

The elevators did not work part of the time
The at lounge had a beautiful view but service could have been better. We got some food and no silverware or plates and napkins were given to us.

Nothing. It was under construction that was extremely loud and obnoxious. This was not communicated to us before arrival and we were still paying a “facilities fee” for basically no facilities.

There was tons of construction in the hotel with no warning. Hammering at 8am. If I had been prepared & therefore getting a great hotel deal &-or the resort fee waived it would have gone over smoother. Honestly, it was about $30-$50 less than area hotels but no explanation as to why. I would have paid more to not have the noise. Plus 2 elevators down & the hotel was packed
