Electric outlets weren’t assessable. Phones, tablets, etc were on the floor to charge. We missed having a refrigerator. Lightbulbs were out, but they were fixed after we called.

I called the front desk twice for two issues. The woman who answered had a Hispanic accent. I know my question to see a preview of my bill was not understood as a maintenance person was sent to my room. The other question was answered with a negative reply. I am not sure my request was understood.
The check in process was handled very well.

I had to call every day about the heatthey charged me 400$ deposit when the lady at front desk said they were authorizing my card for ---$ per night!!! Ask for manager he wasnt thereask for him the next day he was busy
