They didn't change sheets on pull out bed prior to arrival, the afternoon shift guy was kind of hard to deal with, had to wait till night shift came on to get sheets, and blankets that should have been ordered with room. And towels for the people in our room. Night shift girl was super helpful

I upgraded the room 2 a two bed I thought.When I got there it was a 1 bed and as small as a jail cell,so i walked back out and never went back I waisted 206.00 on the 2 night room I didn't even stay in.

I did my reservation on line, using my bank debit card. When we got to the hotel, the desk agent claimed it didn't go through and charged my Discover card. The next morning I checked my bank account and it did go through. Double charge.☹️

Location was good for the event we went to.
Negatives:
There were multiple issues with the room. And it was very dirty. When we got there it was later I had to be at the event we were coming to and I really didn’t pay attention got back late went to sleep. Next morning I informed the night manager. She was very rude immediately saying I was not getting any money back and that she had the right to refuse service to anyone. I didn’t ask for money I just wanted it cleaned and fixed. They were sold out so there were no rooms to move to which is what she said I should have done. When I walked away she told another worker she was just going to cancel my room and I could go somewhere else this was heard by another customer and they told me later. The issues were finally corrected by the day manager and I think k the owner. But they made sure I knew I wasn’t getting any type of refund. So they are very rude all around.
