The hotel staff charged ne an extra 25$ each night I stayed, plus an additional 50$ which they claimed was for incidentals that might happen! Did not know this beforehand or would not have stayed here! The manager wouldn't explain or talk it!

The list of comparable hotels that were a possibility for this stay made me comfortable booking blindly. However this is a motel. Outside entry, old non-updated bldg, uncomfortable bed, stained towels. Great staff and location but in no way comparable.

Signs in room stating no smoking, room stunk of cigarette smoke. Will not ever stay here again.

We arrived very late (1:30am), and there was a homeless man sleeping between the buildings. Opening the door to our room, the bed was slept in and the room was dirty. We got a new room, but when we turned kn heat, it smelled smoky, so the alarm went off.

A very nice room for the price. Staff was very friendly. The TV has a lot of channels on the cable. And very good water pressure in the shower. Very quiet, easy access.

The stairs going up to the second floor or a little rickety, and every day I had to have my key card re-programmed.

There were bedbugs this hotel. I left earlier as soon as I decovered them. The bedbugs was traumatizing for my daughter and I but to top it off the manager was very rude, telling me there were no bedbugs when I took pictures. They didn't want to see pics

The handle for the shower was very loose and difficult to use. The hotel just needs to be maintained better. The bathroom doors were dingy, and although the sheets were clean, the comforter on top had stains on it.

The hotel was located conveniently to our activities for the weekend at Abilene Christian University as well as close to restaurants. The size of the room was good and we were able to spread out.
Negatives:
The hotel needs repair and updates. The decor and beds were fine but the outside stairs were filthy, the paint was cracking, doorknob to the bathroom was loose, toilet would not flush easily and then it made noise. Water pressure was horrible.
