Hotel was under construction/remodeling with workers blasting loud music at the entrance. Very unprofessional and no clear way into the hotel. Room was outdated with an old fridge and old furniture.

Positives:
Items were not replenished if gone before the breakfast ended. The juice machine was not working and attendant was not very good about cleaning up food area or wiping down tables during the breakfast time.
Negatives:
Better maintenance, for example, part of bathroom faucet was eroded away and in room coffee maker leaked all over. The TV also didn't work.

We lost a peice of jewelry and to be honest don't know if it was at the hotel
But staff is not being too helpful with situations...we are not blaming any staff members but would like to be able to see the camera footage to see if when we checked in if my girlfriend was wearing the jewelry in question
