Quiet, comfortable room. Great location Very clean and in excellent condition

The lobby was nice. The breakfast room was nice. The breakfast was okay. The kitchenette was fine. The refrigerator seemed clean.
Negatives:
The bedding was not good. I am allergic to feathers and 3 of the 4 pillows were feather pillows. Luckily, my mom was staying in the hotel too and I traded her a feather pillow for a non-feather pillow. (then traded back at the end of our stay)
The couch was somehow broken and it lilted to the center if you sat on it. There were stains on the carpet, mold in the shower.

They put me in the middle of the cleaning room and electrical room, very noisy. Every night All night I was awaken by a loud boom that went on all night, every morning I was awaken at 8am by the workers talking in hallway. Rm 126 was a mile walk

The hotel room was dirty. I asked housekeeping and 2 front staff members to get it cleaned and it wasnt. First room: the toilet didnt flush, had to move rooms.

The location was perfect for the activities we had planned in Allen. It was near restaurants, the highway and shopping.
Negatives:
When we arrived, we discovered our room was moved to the first floor even though we had chosen a higher level floor. There was a burst pipe in the upper floors. It needs some updating, but overall the rooms were a good size and maintained.
