Walked in and they said I know you have a reservation, but we have no rooms available. We have a lot of people staying over. 10% of the front parking area had vehicles parked there.

I did not like how I was spoken to at the front desk. The receptionist was rude as hell and told me that they don't rent to locals and I was told that I would not be allowed in the room I paid for.

Not a single thing was ok about this not maintained property. It was extremely run down. The only positive in the whole experience was the lady at the desk who found a way to switch rooms out of the heavily smoked in non smoking room. But the one we were moved to reeked of some weird smell we could not identify, and it did not go away the whole visit. Just terrible.
Negatives:
No smoking room smelled like it had been saturated in cigarette smoke for WEEKS. They swapped us to a room where the refrigerator had not been cleaned in a very long time and the furniture and counters were all damaged. There was also no hot water in the shower no matter how long e waited on it to heat up. The whole place looked like the owners goal was to NEVER put a single dollar into maintaining the property. Its a franchise hotel owned by some private LLC. Extended Stay cannot have inspected the place in years. They need to pull the license and their name from this property as fast as they possibly can. It is HORRIBLE.
