Pancake machine was broken. The advertised oatmeal did not exist. Broken cabinetry handles. I think details like that matter because it shows that no one cares. Smoke alarm was going off all night in the pool area but they wouldn't get anybody to fix it.

The price was good. I liked it being so close to the loop.

The beds were too high. I could not sit on them to get dressed. With my husband sitting in the chair, I only had a rolling chair to sit on. The elderly don't need to be sitting on rolling chairs. The flashing light on smoke detector was very bad all nt.

We had a boat so the parking was just a little difficult.

There is a bowl of rotting fruit at the front desk which needs to be thrown away - bad first impression and pretty gross.
