Positives:
Not much. Parking lot full of junk cars and work trailers. Rooms were filthy. I mean really filthy. I understand a low rate means less, but there's no excuse for not keeping a place clean. Dirty hand prints and smudges on all light switches, walls, and bathroom surfaces, mold in the tub. Surfaces ans switches cracked and in disrepair. Cigarette butts all over the property.
