The lady at the front desk was friendly and I liked the little kitchenette.
Negatives:
We asked for a coffee pot and never got it. We asked for extra towels and never got them so we went up for them. On New Year’s Eve night these young people were partying loud and went out at 3 am and started shooting guns. We thought they were in a gun fight and were scared for our lives. Our room was in 123 and we could hear everything !!! Very horrible!!

I was very disappointed.
Positives:
The location could use updating! The kitchen staff was rude! I didn’t like that we had to pay to park our vehicle for each night. I’ve never been to a hotel that has charged to park at the location! The bathroom in the room we stayed in had mold on the ceiling over the shower. The front office staff was nice though!

Bathroom tiles were broken. Heating/AC unit made noise all night. Food in the hallway for about 20 hours. Elevator worked when we arrived. One hour later, it was not working. "UP" button was missing/broken on first floor. We had to walk. One friend was handicapped. they said it happens. Next morning when I asked, I was told the breaker had tripped and it was working fine

This hotel is conveniently located close to Six Flags Over Texas.
Negatives:
There is not a hot tub. There was construction. We had to go outside and walk across the parking lot to go eat breakfast.

The location was fine. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
The elevator closest to the entrance was out of order. We had to walk to the opposite end of the building to get to the other elevator, and when we got to the fourth floor where our room was, we had to walk to the opposite end of the building to get to our room. Also the lighting around the mirror by the bathroom was terrible for putting on make-up. It was dim and gave off a yellow-greenish color.

The room was hot our birthday cake melted. The pool room was extremely hot for it to be an indoor pool. The fridge was turned down so low until maintenance came and turned it up.
