I had a great room, the maids & desk staff were a treat.

The location was convenient, the design, but not the condition,of the suites - a decent design size-wise. Kitchen compact, DW, 2 burners, MW, sink, cabinet, medium fridge, built-in desk/table, well-equipped, but elevator in suspect condition and room iffy
Negatives:
Run down; suites better than public areas. Broken toilet, loose BR tile, mold on walls near AC, nice desk staff, no cleaning service/toilet repair for 5 days/3 requests. Sonesta Corp, Fix your property! No excuse for over $--- nt.
