The location and breakfast food and area is great.

The person who checked us in seemed to be in a bad mood. Not friendly at all. Coffee was horrible and they offered no vanilla creamer, but they did have chocolate and caramel creamer which I thought was odd. Sofa in the suite didn't have pillows. The bed pillows were bad and our 2 queen room had 2 bath towels for a room that sleeps 4. My reservation clearly stated 3 people. I needed to iron a dress that got wrinkles in my suitcase and the ironing board wouldn't go to full height. Then while I'm in the middle of ironing the front of it fell down. I had to iron at an angle. It was ridiculous. The ironing board and cover were both crap and should be thrown out. I paid over $1300 for 3 nights. If you're going to charge those prices, the basics need to be there.

Mold in living areas and bathroom. Toilet did not flush (had to actually fill the water tank myself). Musty smell throughout hotel. Visible signs of wear on ceilings and walls (pieces of the hotel actually hanging or falling off the building).

The loud, absolutely third rate music at Happy Hour that ruined the whole experience! Could not escape the music for 1 1/2 hours as it wafted up through the center foyer.

Terrible room. Did not get the room that we booked. There was a terrible sound coming from the ceiling air conditioning right outside the door. The location of the room was like in the corner and you felt like you were in a corner. The parking was BAD!
