Positives:
Wonderful staff and accommodating. Wonderful restaurant. employees very friendly.
Negatives:
Our room was so dirty. Toilet ran constantly. Beer bottle caps on the floor. I had the do not disturb sign on my door but the housekeeper came by to clean the room next to me and they were so loud I had to go out and tell him to be quiet so we could sleep.

Positives:
The location
Negatives:
STAFF.
From the moment we pulled up, mind you it was raining, the valet guy just sat and watched us and then I opened the door and he said “are you here for valet?” (Clearly we were, we were the only car).
Then I asked him for a cart, he said he didn’t know where the bell guy was and to wait by the desk. I waited 10 min before I went up to the front desk where he came opened a door and gave it to me. We unloaded all our bags, went inside and checked in. Went to the lobby bar and the bartender was the absolute WORST - he could’ve had a bad day, but this was different. Very annoyed with people asking for drinks when it was indeed his job. He wouldn’t even talk to anyone and the entire bar was so confused and everyone just to leave bc who wants to sit what that negative energy?
The morning after, I called for room service. No one for 45 min answered on ANY LINE. Not even concierge or front desk. FORTY FIVE MINUTES.
I finally went down around 8:30am and saw one front desk person on the computer checking out a guest so I went to get Starbucks that’s located in the hotel.
Worse experience, the lady kept serving people who were behind me, I asked her about it (bc I waited 20 min) and she got feisty with me. So I left and went to the front desk and said this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. I will NOT be staying here again. I’ll make it a note to let everyone know too. I wouldn’t send people I know there for a bad experience.

Positives:
We stay here all the time when in Austin. Just love the location
Negatives:
The lobby was ridiculously cold such that we couldnt enjoy the bar.. they need to do something to buffer the outside conditions from effecting the climate inside. When the staff has to where winter coats at the check in counter, thats a problem.
Positives:
Convenice to 6th Street and Rainey Street
Positives:
Undoubtedly the finest accommodation in Austin, Texas. The design is exquisite, with stunning rooms, and the security staff is both kind and approachable. Additionally, there's a charming Starbucks conveniently located within the hotel. The perfect location adds to the overall appeal.
Negatives:
Although the staff is helpful and presentable, I anticipate a heightened sense of urgency. A queue was rapidly forming, and only after I brought this matter to the receptionist's attention did they call in three additional colleagues to efficiently clear the line of people waiting to check in.
