Positives:
We were lucky enough to get a king suite. We were staying 3 nights so the extra space was nice to have. Could hear freeway noise but it wasnt terrible. Parking was good. Cookies in the lobby was a nice treat. We had a good experience and would recommend

Very uncomfortable mattress, no hot water in the bathroom. Even after complaining they did not fix the issue. They are well aware that rooms on the far end of the boiler do not get proper hot water. The room carper was stained and dirty.

The website stated there was an airport shuttle. When II arrived at the airport I was told there was no shuttle. Very disappointing as this was the only reason I selected this hotel.
