Positives:
Everything was very clean and the hotel in general is very cozy, and quiet. The staff was helpful when you needed them but the hotel is set up that you can have as little or as much contact with the staff as you want. I liked having the option. Also our room was a great size and was comfortable.
Negatives:
The elevator for the south wing was creaking when we rode it the first day which made me a little nervous. (But it had clearly just passed inspection, and the next day it wasn't making any noise- maybe it needed WD 40?).
Also the TV remotes were a little difficult to understand/ work. I wish the TV's had more of the major streaming services (like Hulu, Disney + and Max)

High quality room and hotel...
Positives:
Easy location from i35 highway, affordable, very nice room with separate living area and bedroom. Enjoyed having all essentials, large fridge, microwave, ice maker. Free bottled water was a nice touch and my name appearing on screen on the tv's was very nice. Free parking was great as other hotels nearby do not have any.
