Positives: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They let me charge my phone and assisted with anything I needed.
Negatives: The room was a little lack luster in some areas, mostly the baseboard on the bathroom. Nothing major.

Negatives: I asked for and was granted a late checkout, but was met with persistent knocking as the original checkout time came in the morning. I also notified the front desk of a loudly crying baby at 10:30pm. I was told she would speak with the room. The crying persisted until midnight and returned at 8a through the remainder of our stay.

Positives: The location and front office staff/Valet parking were the only things good about this hotel. The bed was ok, but the sheet seemed thicker than the blanket they provide.
Negatives: The key cards stopped working twice in the days we stayed there. This is the first trip and hotel stay I've had that happen. The pool was too cold to use and not cleaned well. The room had dirty towels and a washcloth in it the day i checked in. The door allowed light in at the bottom and cracks through the side showing it's not well maintained. The room itself is badly in need of an overhaul. If Austin hadn't been so booked up for the eclipse, 10k, and CMT awards we would have looked for other rooms. Also, when we booked this hotel I am positive it showed parking on-site, but when we got here we found that you had to pay for parking every day you stayed that added even more to the room costs. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Overall the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel.

Positives: The location of the hotel.
Negatives: The valet guy tried to solicit a tip instead of paying the parking fee, which felt very sketchy. Also having to pay for parking in addition to paying for a room. The breakfast options were very minimal.Shower was dripping water the whole time.

Positives: The staff was good, the room itself wasn't bad, and the location was good.
Negatives: The whole place is in serious need of upgrading and cleaning. Exterior walkways are dirty with loose plaster, same with the elevators, and only one ice machine was working. The place just feels neglected, like nobody cares.

Negatives: The hotel was run down, very loud both day and night, has dust and dirt in all corners of the room. The fan or air condition did not work. The staff was very friendly.
