Negatives: When we tried to warm up our breakfast the microwave had food inside

Negatives: Horrible property. Rooms smelled like someone died in them, and the lighting was flickering and drab. Smell was throughout the entire hotel. Tried 2 different rooms before cancelling and leaving all together. No one should stay here.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: An unusually low price for an Austin hotel, together with a very central location is a foreboding combination that should prepare even the most naive gap year traveller for this to be, er.... a little rough around the edges..... My room was fine and comfortable but the hotel's overall feel is scruffy and the hallway carpets are in need of replacement or at least a very deep clean. I initially thought I'd walked into the goods service elevator by mistake, but no, this was the one meant to carry guests! There was no fridge or microwave in the room. However, a microwave is available 24hrs in the hotel's lobby meaning that there is nothing between you and that delicious late night cuppa .... apart from a ten minute walk negotiating a scalding liquid via multiple heavily sprung fire doors. The hotel appears to take pride in its once-in three-days linen changing policy, but if this borne of environmental empathy then please also minimise all that shameful single-use plastic at breakfast! Thankfully I'd returned my rental car just before arriving here, since the parking is an eye-watering 45 USD/day, which seems way out of proportion with the hotel quality and room rate....

Negatives: It was super dirty and the daily charge for the parking.

Negatives: Plumbing; both the sink and the shower drains were very slow. Wife did not like that at all.

Negatives: Needs a makeover, chip walls and garage to pay 45 .00 garage needs a makeover

Negatives: We initially changed suites because the first rooms shower had been running and the room smelled like mold + noticeable stains on the couch. They upgraded us to an apartment suite at no charge but the new room was also filthy. Kitchen not cleaned, trash still there, every dish covered in food, the kitchen/bathroom light constantly flickered, the padlock seems to be held together with glue, hole in the walls and no comforter on the bed. The bathroom also had raised floor boards from an improper shower curtain. We had to dry the floor and wash the towels after every shower otherwise water would spit up from under the floor boards every time we stepped on it. We were very happy for the upgrade but I have never seen such a mess in a hotel before. We cleaned the areas we planned to use on our own and left the other spaces alone. (Took videos)

Negatives: It’s FILTHY! There was a used sock in one of the drawers when i arrived. Place is run-down, the pool was dirty, it’s truly awful.

Negatives: Breakfast is disappointing - it is self-service and all food was gone within an hour, so guests who arrived after 8.45am got nothing! There are no staff there to tidy tables or monitor/replenish food, which we found very strange. For the prices we were paying, you'd expect all guests to be provided with adequate breakfast options. The room decor is tired and needs upgrading eg we had torn window curtains. Not a major issue, but surprising to see.

Negatives: Very basic with poor upkeep. Mold around bathtub. No tissue or extra toilet paper. A real dive. A typical Motel 6 is much nicer. 1-star would be generous. Our Uber driver warned us it was not in a good area.

Negatives: parking rates expensive

Negatives: The room was a little lack luster in some areas, mostly the baseboard on the bathroom. Nothing major.
