Negatives: The heater didn't work.

Negatives: Everything. Check-in was disorganized. I understand a budget motel won't have breakfast or other accommodations found at hotels but this Motel 6 was uninhabitable. My room was infested with bed bugs and cock roaches. When I alerted the staff they stated I must've brought them to the motel. I showed them my body, photos, and pictures and they still did not provide me a full refund when I decided to leave early for my safety. The manager, Bertha, never followed up with me. Poor customer service and poor overall conditions. Do not waste your time and money. Not worth the health risks.

Negatives: Inconsistent hot water in the shower

Negatives: that the ac wouldnt cool the room unless u put it on fan but we didnt notice that until 3am smh

Negatives: Door lock would not turn, adult roaches crossing floor during daylight, tv channel selector was broken requiring manual entry of each channel number, room was dank, bathroom vent fan broken.

Negatives: This was the absolute worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. The Wi-Fi was just not working without any explanation, the television in my room didnt work, I turned on the shower and it started with no hot water, and then it wouldnt turn off because the handle was broken, the mirror by the bed had been shattered and was held together by what looked like scotch tape, and the ac unit, even on fan mode, would not consistently come on. This was laughably ridiculous and I will never stay in a Motel 6 again.

Negatives: Worst experience. After check inn the room, within 15 min.we noticed that sink is blocked and water is spilling out of tit. We have informed front desk, he checked it physically and noticed the issue. Still he denied to change room. This is very stupid.
