Called front desk about the TV on Friday, they stated that it would be repaired on Saturday. Space that never happened, Call again on Saturday about the TV not working properly told that we contact the manager, but there was no response. The TV was not repaired or replaced when I checked out Sunday. Staff needs to be a little bit more responsive to the guest request.
