Positives: Clean, comfy bed. Enough space, refrigerator (needed it for insulin) Helpful staff, easy check-in/check-out. Was there for a conference. It had a beautiful outdoor pool area and I wished I had more time to enjoy that. There was also a small store for snacks and toiletries in the lobby.

Negatives: The room had a "City View" was on a high floor. However the glass in window had been cracked and sealed over with tape. This frightened me a bit.

Positives: It was clean, comfortable, nice staff, well-maintained. Ok location. Had a refrigerator, which is always a plus. The pools were pretty. Parking was easy.

Negatives: I just didn't like little things - like having electrical outlets available. They didn't put enough in to the walls so we have to unplug things to charge our devices. I would love a pad and a pen. Some written information (like checkout time, wifi, etc.) You have to access information about the hotel on the TV, which I hate. Wish they had a microwave. Weirdly, the toilet paper was too far from the toilet. So - my problems were basically in the design and amenities. I wouldn't rush back as the hotel across town is cheaper, has all the good but none of the bad.
