It was a suite plenty of room to relax. Breakfast stations were good but can be quite busy during the weekends so I took my food to my room Since there wasn’t a lot of room to sit and relax.
Negatives:
$7 to park per day the parking lot was a huge cinema, hotel, and restaurant location with plenty of parking so not sure why $7 sur charge. Had to get towels for the family since there weren’t enough and sheets for the fold out bed. Room was not ready when we arrived at 4:30 pm

I purposely picked this hotel based on the gym equipment. However, two of the machines were out of order and not usable. Very disappointing

I have stayed at this hotel at least a half a dozen times. This time, like most in the past, was exceptional. I was at the hotel for less than 24 hours but I had a very good experience and plan to stay here again in the future.

The room was big enough for family. It was clean room.
Negatives:
The toilets clogged and no one was around to fix the problem. I had to unclog. the toilet by myself with water running all the bathroom and towards the bedroom. Front office declined to help as she was alone. The bathroom towel was only two for the family of six. Single toilet paper, each item I must request from the front office. and I must go and bring it myself.
I am attaching the picture showing unclogging the toilets.
Keys constantly stop working and must request new keys.
The third washing machine accepted my detergents but at the end failed to work. I must buy more detergent to wash my clothes. The first washing machine could not wash my clothes properly.
Based on that I need a refund. My stay was not good at all.
