Good news! Before Sunday, Apr 14th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Sunday, Apr 14th, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: The location is great and the design is amazing. We feel so history.

Negatives: It's the first time I see a Hyatt hotel or 5 starts without breakfast. Unbelievable. You must wait in the queue of a coffee near the hotel to get your breakfast. No restaurant in the hotel as well. For me it's not a 5 starts hotel at all!

Negatives: the first day they didn't make our room. So we didn't have fresh towels, coffee, water, etc. We called so they made it the next day and it was poorly cleaned. They didn't even replenish coffee and carton cups.
