Homeless people surrounded hotel. Had to walk through tables of people eating dance floor Photo Booth and band and go behind a curtain to get to our boom boom room ! 2024 4 star hotel really ?? You would rent a room in the middle of the event ???

The Driskill, looks great on the booking.com pictures but once I got there it was quite different.
I got to the hotel around 11pm the door was locked and was let in by a drunken guest.
The hotel was tired, smelt of damp certainly not what i expected from a 5 star hotel, the room was the same.
I immediately checked out and moved hotels.
The hotel wouldnt refund me :(
