I didn't like how these people tried charging my card again three whole days later and lying saying I made a reservation I WILL NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO STAY HERE and they very rude and don't clean well at all tried to leave that night after checking in and seen the room they didn't wanna give me my money back to me no refunds if I don't like the room only thing I can do is leave I wasn't even there 15 minutes at the time

Don’t be fooled!!! It looks nice on the surface and the location was within waking distance of restaurants. The reviews are great but this hotel was the worst!!!!

There was FRESH blood all over the pillow in my room. After 20 minutes I was ONLY offered a replacement pillow with no pillowcase. As well, I found blood on the toilet seat. The breakfast nook was not stocked up either. No juice, no spray to make waffles, nothing hot to eat…

Room was clean. The staff was courteous.. the stay itself was great once I got there.
Negatives:
Was hard to get into from I10 feeder. Not much easier from College street. The gambling machines in the lobby were a turn off. Almost made me cancel my stay. They lent the place a feeling of it not being safe.
