The hotel was very noisey full of loud kids . The walls are super thin you could hear people walkin an talking in the halls an their rooms very clear. The toilet in my room ran all night making flushing noises. The breakfast was horrible . The pool was dirty an dark . When never stay there again.

Charged twice for my stay after I paid for it on the site in full, lady at the desk said she was charging 25 dollars for incidentals but charged me again so couldnt stay the next night because they charged me twice for the first night. Wish I could include a picture of my bank statement where they took my money. Then told me to call my bank because it is a hold but I was told it would only be$ 25 and no one wanted to help me. I slept in my car since I drove 5 hours to see my family but no longer had a room. Im so disappointed and this was my worst experience with Holiday Inn Express in Cedar Hill.
