Very good
N's family with young children April 6, 2024
Positives: The hotel staff were very friendly but skipped telling us a high level orientation (like where to find hotel breakfast, gym, etc.) and assumed that we either are familiar with the hotel or that we will find our way around. I booked 2 connected rooms and they were both very clean. The mattress was very comfortable. The hotel proximity to the university is the main reason for us to sty there, it is within walking distance to new students welcome center.
Negatives: There's a very loud train that passes by the hotel 2 to 3 times at night, the train always sound their horn as loud as it can be and woke me up and my kids 3 times during our sleep that night we stayed in the hotel. I got charged USD 100 (USD for each room) above the room booking fees, not sure if or when I will get that money back since we did not have any room service and did not use the mini bar at all.

Positives: Great location and staff is very helpful
Negatives: Our room faced the parking garage next to big equipment that made extremely loud noises until 2am. Then when the rain came, it hits the metal ledge of the window and sounds like marbles falling down. Extremely loud

Positives: Breakfast was great at the cafe and the ladies working there were very nice and friendly.
Negatives: I wish there wasn't such a long walk from the room to our car that was being charged on the Level 1 of parking. Also, it was a very long walk to take our dog out to use the doggy restroom.

Positives: Everything was great at this location. One thing to note is that it is located next to a freight train so sometimes it is quite loud as it goes by. I did not have a problem, and did not hear it late into the night or early in the morning. The hotel provides earbuds in case you need them. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The breakfast has a lot of different options, what you would expect at a buffet breakfast.
