Staff. Indoor pool was cold. Not heated. Floor in pool area is slippery and not kid or elder safe.

It was to loud noise for the ppl. Upstairs or next door. I was horrible it wasn't quiet n peaceful the banging and stomping early morning and late at night it was crazy seem it was royal rumble. I was no a conference call n was so embarrassed cause you can hear it like it was in my room

Love the facility it was comfortable. Clean and not far from my family that I was in town to visit. And the breakfast was wonderful.

Don't like how they charged me for the room twice. And when I called the Hyatt to find out why. I was given attitude like I wasn't supposed to ask what was going on with my money. I will be taking further action against the staff.
