The housekeeper I believe Yvette only 1 housekeeper on shift had to come&clean our room because beds were dirty whole room was filthy instead of front wanting to accommodate she wanted me to just get a refund until she noticed I worked for the same place just another location &had housekeeper come which was very nice&assertive

The room, the bed sheets were dirty I want to say moldy all around the bottom edges. The shower had a towel up at the top hanging that was previously used and the floor still had confetti I’m assuming since Easter. It just wasn’t clean. Some mold was in the shower ceiling as well. Sad that the pool was closed also.

There was no continental breakfast, and that was the reason I booked. The toilet wouldn't flush properly & and the shower leaked so the floor in the area was wet. Arrived early & asked if we could check in early & staff was rude. The refrigerator was dripping inside, ruining food that was inside.
