Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Good value for money considering the eclipse related price gouging going on in the city. Staff were all polite, friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent for walking to Medical City Dallas Hospital.
Negatives:
Describing the location to my limo driver and uber driver was challenging. The office seems like it should be located on Clotus Fields instead of on Coit Road. My son-in-law had to circle the property several time trying to identify the office.

Location was good for where we needed to go. Getting in to the property can be a bit of a challenge.
Negatives:
Dirty. The room that we stayed in had the smell of someone who had been smoking illegal substances. We requested rooms close to each other but the ones we got were on opposite ends of the property.
