Staff didnt answer front desk phone and had to wait a long while to check in because they left front desk. Loud banging and screaming late at night in my hall, tried to report it and nobody answered phone again.

The hotel itself was great, and super clean.
Negatives:
There was a parking charge that no one told us about when we checked in. We were not told about it until checking out. It was not listed anywhere on the site. This is super shady. No other hotels in the area have this charge.

Overall aesthetic and cleanliness for a great price. Great for staycation.
Negatives:
There was only 1 small towel in the bathroom I didnt bother to ask for more because I was only there for one night. The phone wasnt connected at all even after hooking it up, I thought that was weird, no dial tone.

The hotel was clean and a convenient location. Front desk check-in was easy, and the gentleman was very pleasant.

Proximity to destination. The living quarters being separated from one another.

Not a dislike but a preference. Would have liked breakfast to start at 6am instead of 0630.
