The room was clean and spacious. Furniture was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Nice lobby.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was that it stated it had a shuttle to Dallas Love airport. I was quite surprised and disappointed that it did not have shuttle and haven’t had one since Covid. I would have booked another hotel instead. I had to Uber and this cost me more money. The website should have been corrected by now. Makes me not trust booking.com

Negatives:
Staff didnt answer front desk phone and had to wait a long while to check in because they left front desk. Loud banging and screaming late at night in my hall, tried to report it and nobody answered phone again.
Positives:
The hotel itself was great, and super clean.
Negatives:
There was a parking charge that no one told us about when we checked in. We were not told about it until checking out. It was not listed anywhere on the site. This is super shady. No other hotels in the area have this charge.

Several homeless around the property. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was no hand soap and not enough washcloths. Did not like not having a control to the TV.

Overall aesthetic and cleanliness for a great price. Great for staycation.
Negatives:
There was only 1 small towel in the bathroom I didnt bother to ask for more because I was only there for one night. The phone wasnt connected at all even after hooking it up, I thought that was weird, no dial tone.

First, I arrived there around 12 am, and they gave me the wrong room. The room was already occupied by someone else. There was no hand soap provided, and the conditioner bottle was empty. I called the front desk in the morning, and they said they would take care of it, but no one came to bring hand soap or conditioner. In the afternoon, I asked again, but nobody bothered to bring the items to my room. They collected a $50 deposit for damages from my credit card, but in the end, they deducted a fee for parking, even though I didn’t have a car. I emailed them to ask for a refund of the parking fee, but no one replied.
