The hotel was conveniently located for our trip. I was traveling with my father for a hockey game at American Airlines Center. There was traffic noise but it wasn’t too bad. The room was great and the staff was friendly.

Location near the American Airlines Venue and that there were good restaurants near by to the northside of the hotel. Staff was very helpful in guiding us to different places.

Advertised multiple accommodations that were not available. (Such as the omelet bar.) I don’t like being lied to about omelets. Rooms were clean but tired. Vents were rusty. Cabinets were dusty.
