Had some minor issue with amenities— the hair dryer in the room did not work, and after getting a new one from the stuff, it tripped the circuit breaker for the room. All was fixed rather quickly though!

I still confuse why the hotel when I pay my 3night fee online before I check in and I also pay 300incident fee when I check in,but why this hotel still take 2 extra nights price from my card automatically,on March 17th morning 2024,The manager talk to me it will come back to my card but after I check out the money about 578dollar still not come back to my card I still confused that thing
