Location, location, location! :)
Negatives:
Breakfast was disappointing. I got there midway through and the selection was sparse.

The location had easy access to main road and not far from the city.

My room didnt have curtains and no way to block lithe big light shinning into my room, I wasnt able to get any rest they claimed they didnt have another room. They also didnt have any soap and again the lady claimed the hotel was out of soap.

This establishment could be better if the owner cared and put certain things in place

The room I received the toliet needed repairing. It wouldn't flush. The toliet leveler had to continuously be lifted for the toliet to fill up. Patrons complained about auto theft so your worried about your vehicle. The staff is aware of the thefts.

What I liked, was that it was right off the HWY easy on-and-off access. Free breakfast, internet, and parking.
Negatives:
Customer service could have been better, she didn't bother to greet us. The price difference is $---on receipt to a $--- charge. Didn't tell us where the ice machine was, breakfast times, or the snack bar. 4th floor was dirty and, repugnant marijuana odor.

The hotel is fairly new so it's in good shape.
Negatives:
The continental breakfast is a joke. Terrible. I stayed here for 3-4 days a week for four weeks. Four times my room got missed for cleaning. Several times in the morning there was no hot water.
