Positives:
The hotel is very clean, the staff friendly, helpful and attentive. The included breakfast was a great way to start the day, it's a basic hot and cold spread but it was tasty, fresh and filling. The bed was super comfortable and the room a great size.
Negatives:
My only down sides were the shower lacked a little bit of water pressure and a small table and second single chair in the room would've been great, but that's just being a little bit picky. Neither really detracted from our stay, just observations.

Housekeeping skipped our room, I had to call front desk several times and go down for more towels, homeless.people came in to the lobby and got free coffee, a homeless man hung around the pool watching my son, the free airport shuttle was not available because the driver was on a phone call.

Positives:
Very clean. Spacious for price, lots of choices for breakfast.. Friendly staff at lobby desk. There is an airport shuttle service to Love Field in morning and evening, and on my visit when there was no driver available they paid for a Lyft service for me.
Room soundproofing was better than many other places I have stayed.
Negatives:
Pillows appeared to be feathers that had very prominent spines/ quills that could be felt even through the two pillow cases. A choice of non allergic pillows would be good.
Wish the breakfast dishes and coffee cups were not foam.
