I liked my room setup. It was clean as it could be.

It has terrible parking. I struggled to find parking according to my in and out needs. It also smelled heavily of marijuana both in the hall and inside my room. Not a fan. And even though I had a non smoking room it smelled a bit like someone smoked in there.

They charged me extra for my daughter, who was the 3rd person even though I paid in full before arrival. The website says kids stay free but this is a lie. I traveled with my 2 underage daughters and they still wanted extra money because she was the third person. Also, they advertised a indoor pool but it was unavailable.

Area was VERY SKETCHY. Other guests were VERY loud. There were people in the halls in the middle of the night laughing and carrying on and banging on doors. The people above us came in late and sounded like elephants stomping around for hours. It sounded like they were rearranging furniture at 2am. Lots of weed smells. Live roaches in our room. Warped flooring, broken toilet seat, a/c unit was way too loud to use.
We left 2 days early to find a better hotel.

It was a warm place to sleep

Everything, every inch of the place is filthy. One night I was trying to do laundry and the guy at the front desk came to tell me that the laundry room closed two hours ago but he got busy so he couldn't lock the door and I also couldn't dry my clothes, so I had my clothes hanging from everything for two days and they still weren't dry. I had a bedroom suite and the AC is in the bedroom with a small hole in the wall for the air to get through so it stayed hot and humid in the living room.

I thought the price for a hot tub in the room was a steal. Until we got into the room.
Negatives:
There was mold in the fridge, the hot tub water started to bubble up dirt rings, there was long hair on the shower walls which didn't come from us since our hair were both braided back. The bathroom light kept flickering randomly and the bed was super uncomfortable. I normally don't complain but this hotel stay let me down severely and I won't be booking with them ever again.
