Old and out-dated and in some areas, run-down. it was also seriously overpriced and absolutely not value for money. The hotel charged an additional compulsory $25 per day amenities charge adding $75 unanticipated dollars to my bill. additional hotel added 20% compulsory gratuity to every service. my simple manicure at the hotel spa cost $147.60. That’s simply crazy!!!!

Front desk was terrible. Uniformed, sent me on a wild goose chase. Never called when room was ready, porter had to get someone from back office to man the reception, six people waiting.

The room was so quiet and clean. And the staff was so helpful, even the valet.
Negatives:
The room we had didn't have a view and there was nothing going on for New Year's when we were there. The rooftop was closed though we could go up there if we wanted.
