The ladies at the front desk were as helpful as they could be.
Negatives:
The first room(211) had roaches as well as exposed wires in the bathroom. the second room (313) had a broken sleeper sofa and the mattress was disgusting. We were then split into two rooms and the ac was broken in one of the rooms.
Positives:
A previous guest had doused the comforter in a strong, hideous perfume. Bathroom had remnants of previous guest. Staff was very friendly.

after checking in, we were informed the elevator motor had burned out and no elevator was available.We were also told no rooms were available on the first floor. We are senior citizens and had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs.

Everything! The breakfast was terrible, they did not have enough towels or tissues in my room, TV did not work, nobody there to help until next morning, pool disgusting hot tub was empty, fitness room closed. Contact me.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 430 pm. Several light fixtures had burnt bulbs, so room wasn't adequately lighted.

The breakfast was decent, but could use a bit more of a variety.

When I booked my room for a two queen beds and sofa bed. Upon arrival I was told that the room was not available! They did off to get me another room, but I didnt feel like driving to a different place. Everything around was already booked. I slept on the floor so my family could have a place to sleep! I had to pay the full price for a room that I didnt even stay in.
