Only the location because it’s near everything but at the same time, it’s so bad because you can hear every single vehicle that passes by.

Everything! The door was barely functioning. I was afraid that someone would open it. It had a large gap underneath that let so much light in. The lock wouldn’t close properly. Door had to be slammed shut. The stairs are severely cracked. So many migrants are housed in this shelter so so much movement goes on, and many loud phone calls and walking around goes on at night. The bed sheets were dusty. The room smelled like cigarettes even thought I requested non smoking. There was so much noise coming in from the traffic outside and it was difficult to sleep.
