Positives:
I was catching a 6 am flight and wanted to be near the airport and indeed this hotel is very close to the ELP airport. So the location was excellent. My room was very clean and comfortable. Absolutely no issues there.
Negatives:
The check-in process was horrible. A really, really awful loud mouth and rude older lady at the counter. It made the interaction absolutely a total bad experience.

I liked that the parking was available right in front of my room, that it had 2 main exits that were easily accessible to get where I needed to go.
Negatives:
I didn't like that in the morning after my first night, I had gone to the main office to extend my stay and informed the office personal that I did not need or want room service, and yet, at around 11 am, I am startled by someone trying to get into my room. No knock, or even a "housekeeping" uttered at my door, just someone already turning the handle, about to run into my alerted, over protective dog. Luckily the door never opened more than a crack, and I believe as I said no to my dog, she understood I wasn't exactly directing my loud voice just to my dog, but to her as well.

The staff in the office. The night I checked in I dealt with one of the most unfriendly and uninterested and bored people I've had to I a very long time. He behaved in a very unwelcoming way. He seemed to be bothered for having been interrupted from whatever he was doing before I came to the window.
