Positives: It was convent to my reason for being in Ft. Worth. The value compared to hotels in nicer areas of town. $90 is better than $300 if you are just going to sleep there. That is all I have to say on this.
Negatives: *First off, the front desk requested as second payment for my seconds night stay, even after I showed bank statement of full payment. The front desk person printed a receipt of payment for one night and said I would get a refund. Even after charging for second night a second time still was telling me, I was to check out on the morning after the first night's stay. I had to get my room key reset the next morning. (It's been a week, 5 business days, and I still have not received my refund) *The room must had been painted prior to my stay. the window was open with no screen to keep the bugs out. *The TV channels were not preprogramed, and it was not until the second night it was discovered to channel down to get to the dismal selection of channels available. *The right half of the floor was under demolition, so the morning was noisy. My room was done recently I guess due to the previously mentioned paint odor. However, it was done poorly. The bathtub finish was peeled off in some sections, the tile work around the toilet had a large gap. More one the toilet later, *When I returned the second night the ac was turned off during the day, so the room was musty and smelled of old smoke. Even though this was a nonsmoking room. Guess I should had left my window open. *The toilet did not flush without having to open the top and reset the float. This was mentioned as leaving after the first night stay, the front desk said it would have maintenance look at it during the day. Well, I dropped a good one and it didn't go down, I had to reset the float and was sprayed with water as it was filling the tank. I let them know again at check out about the toilet.

Positives: Literally nothing, read the "what I didn't like about my stay" section. This place is absolutely disgusting. It takes a lot of courage to have a place like that and then ask people for a review...
Negatives: Literally everything. It smelled like chemical "clean linen" concentrated, there were stains EVERYWHERE, they bed is uncomfortable, I had to use a stool to reach the AC, it was VERY hot everywhere. The walls were unfinished, the hallway was gross, they had very sketchy people all over the place.... Literally the nastiest place I have ever stayed. Had I not been in a bind, I would have bounced and went somewhere else. Never again will I go to this place, I recommend you don't either.
