Negatives:
Being on the first floor with barking dogs next to us then was told we were just busy so we put y’all on the first floor when you were suppose to be on the 2nd due to first floor being for animals. Have roaches in the room in the bathroom in the shower hardly any water pressure coming out of the shower then being told it’s going under reconstruction when if we were told that prior to i wouldn’t have even booked with the hotel just out of having comfort and peace
